If the service is free of charge for the user, Detia Degesch shall be liable at most for the intentional or grossly negligent breach of obligations within the sphere of its responsibility. Apart from this, Section 8 of Detia Degesch’s T&Cs (as amended 13.11.2018) shall apply with respect to liability.
